Planning- Image contents page

This is my contents page. I will be making changes ,However, have added the coloumn on the left of the page which highlights the No.1 songs and albums of my readers choice. I have added a white block behind the pink font as it makes it stand out quickly to the reader. In the black box on the right side of the page will obtain information about up and coming events and notices. Finally, I will add a coloured background.

Planning- Image contents

This is my contents page however am going to make a few changes to it. I added the pink background behind the contents font which makes it look better. Additionally, I added the 'Love Pop' logo on top and the website beneath the font. I did this because it made it look neat and easy to find. I have only added two images ,however, may add more as it will look more appealing for my readers. I will change the font in the songs column and make the number of songs and albums the same so it has an even ratio. The image of the singer is the largest because it is the main story within the magazine so I want my readers to automatically be drwan to the page . Also, teenage girls don't want to have to look for thing for too long so this makes it easier for them.
Finally, I will be adding a coloured background so the page does not look too boring.

Planning- Image Front cover

This is my front cover at the moment. I added a pink background as i thought it would appeal to my target audience. However, the shade of pink does not go well with the image and rest of the magazine ,therfore, I will be changing it to a more neutral colour. I will also be changing the font colour (orange) as it is not clearly visible to the reader. I will put a coloured block behind it so it highlights the text better. Additionally, I will taking the image of the boy out on the top right corner as it looks out of place. The masthead 'Love Pop' will be enlarged and placed on the top middle of the page. This is because it will be more visisble and stand out more.

Orginally, the background was white hence the images white backgrounds are standing out on the wpink background.

I decided to put this font on the top middle of the page. This is because it makes a clear introudiction as to what the page is about and allows the reader to easy differ this page from the rest. I will keep the font black but add a pink background behind it to make it stand out.
